Property Valuation and Expert Services
Fifteen services: property and land valuation, reports for courts, banks and embassies, inheritance and division, farz and damm, registration and mortgage, corporate asset valuation.
Property appraisal
The core service — land, apartments, buildings, and commercial or industrial property, with inspection, document review and market analysis.
Appraisal for courts
Expert reports for litigation and disputes, whether appointed by the court or instructed by a party.
Appraisal for banks
Valuation for financing, security or mortgage, to the requesting institution's requirements — identified before work begins.
Land valuation
Land valued on its location, area, shape, road frontage, planning status and development potential — not on a single headline price per square metre for the district.
Residential valuation
Apartments, houses, villas and residential buildings, including the factors that separate two units in the same building.
Commercial and industrial valuation
Shops, offices, warehouses and facilities, where income, lettability and permitted use become central to value.
Corporate asset valuation
Company property and fixed assets for restructuring, partner movements, financing, or financial reporting.
Inheritance valuation and division
Each property in the estate valued separately, so division rests on value rather than headcount.
Estate inventory — the property side
Assembling the schedule of estate properties and their documents and identifying what is missing, ahead of valuation, division or transfer. The legal inventory procedure itself remains with the lawyer and the competent authority.
Transfer of property to heirs
Following the property file through the transfer of ownership after a death, coordinating with the relevant departments and with the lawyer or attorney-in-fact where needed.
Property division and unification
Assessing whether farz (subdivision) or damm (consolidation) is feasible in practice and in law, and what the file needs in documents, survey work and approvals.
Registration and mortgage
Reviewing the property file and following through registration, mortgage and mortgage discharge, within the professional role and alongside the competent authorities.
Real estate feasibility study
Turning a project idea into testable numbers and assumptions: cost, likely revenue, scenarios, and sensitivity to price movement.
Reports for embassies
A report on a property or its value for an embassy or administrative file, following that authority's instructions to the letter.
Company and business registration
Organising the incorporation or registration file and following its administrative steps, alongside a lawyer or accountant. Not legal or accounting advice.

The file is reviewed first: documents required, scope of work, expected timeframe. No fee is quoted before that.
