Property valuation for banking, financing and security purposes in Lebanon, prepared to the requesting institution's requirements, with document review, inspection and analysis.
Valuation of a property for a banking or financing purpose: security for a loan, a mortgage, a review of existing collateral, or a financial transaction attached to a property.
The key difference from an ordinary valuation is that the requesting institution sets the frame. A bank may impose its own template, approach, document list, or requirements on the expert. So the first question is not "what is this property worth?" but "which bank, and what exactly are they asking for?"
