The content of this site exists to describe the services offered and to give general information about property valuation and the transactions around it.

No article or page on this site can substitute for examining your documents, your property and your particular circumstances.

General information is not a basis for a decision in a specific file. A professional opinion needs the evidence of that file.

Submitting a form or sending a message does not constitute acceptance of an instruction.

A file is accepted after the information has been reviewed and the scope, fee and timeframe have been established and agreed. No obligation arises on either side before that point.

Every report is prepared for a stated purpose, as at a stated date, on the basis of the information available when it was written.

It may not be used for another purpose without appropriate review, and no part of it may be quoted in isolation from its context, assumptions and limitations. Acceptance of a report by any institution remains that institution's decision.

A file may require the services of a lawyer, engineer, surveyor, accountant, notary or public authority. Those are independent services provided by their own practitioners, and fall outside the scope of the service unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The site's original text and images are protected and may not be reused commercially without permission.

The site may link to external sites for reference. No responsibility is accepted for the content or accuracy of those sites.

These terms are governed by Lebanese law. Any dispute arising from them or from the use of this site falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut.

The terms of an instruction to prepare a report are agreed separately with each client, and take precedence over these terms where the two differ.

These terms may be amended. The date below shows when they were last revised.
